How Investing with Us Works

We start with a real conversation—meet directly with Braxton and Dylan to discuss your goals, experience, and investment appetite. Together, we’ll determine the best structure and strategy for your capital, whether that’s deal-by-deal participation or a broader deployment plan over time.
Every property or business venture we contract becomes a new opportunity for our investor network. We send detailed underwriting, photos, and financial models with each deal—giving you the opportunity to invest in the projects that align with your appetite and strategy. Invest in one. Or invest in many. It’s up to you.
But don’t wait until a deal becomes available—our opportunities move fast and often fund within days.
Your investment shouldn’t feel like a black box. Every month, you’ll receive project updates with current photos and detailed notes on the timeline and market conditions. You’ll always know how your investment is performing.
Upon completion of each project(s), you’ll receive your principal and interest—on time, with a full recap of performance. We pay investors first and take pride in the clarity and reliability of our exit process.
