Braxton Hopkins
MANAGING PARTNER

As Managing Partner at Front Runner Investments, Braxton leads acquisition strategy, investor relations, and financial underwriting with a focus on long-term value creation.
Prior to Front Runner, Braxton served as Director of Sales for a Series A–backed real estate investment firm, where he oversaw 13 offices across six states and built high-performing, data-driven sales systems that consistently exceeded revenue targets.
Originally from Mount Sterling, Kentucky, Braxton holds dual degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Kentucky. His disciplined approach to deal evaluation, combined with deep local knowledge and a modern off-market acquisition model, allows Front Runner to uncover undervalued assets and deliver consistent, above-market returns to its investors.
Dylan Justice

As Managing Partner at Front Runner Investments, Dylan leverages a diverse background in sales, operations, and real estate investment to drive strategic growth and investor success.
Before co-founding Front Runner, Dylan held leadership roles across multiple industries, including a $50M Series A biotech company and T-Mobile’s largest B2B Master Agent. He began his real estate career at Rebuilt, a venture-backed firm specializing in residential off-market acquisitions. There, Dylan rose to Regional Director, overseeing five offices across Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee.
A Lexington native and lifelong Kentuckian, Dylan earned his B.A. in Business Marketing and Management from the University of Kentucky.
Sidney Beavin
Project Manager

As Project Manager at Front Runner Investments, Sidney oversees renovation planning, contractor coordination, and project execution, ensuring properties move seamlessly from acquisition to market-ready. She brings a detail-oriented approach to scheduling, budgeting, and materials management that keeps projects on time and within scope.
Prior to joining Front Runner, Sidney owned and operated a short-term rental management company, where she managed nearly 50 properties and led end-to-end operations, vendor partnerships, and guest experience.
Originally from Chicago, Sidney draws on her entrepreneurial background and passion for design and process optimization to bring both efficiency and creativity to every project.
